How do I make a booking?
Booking a waste disposal has never been easier – simply forward us a request and let us deal with the rest.

How do I pay?
Currently we have the following options available as payment:
- Cash on completion.
- Card over the phone.
- Bank transfer.
How do I know you are a Licensed waste disposal company?
This is always a good question to ask regardless of the company you are using. Our Environment Agency Number is CBDU483974 which you can cross reference here.
How does the pricing work?
The price is mostly dependant on the overall weight and volume of the items that need to be disposed of. As you can see on our price list the measurements we provide have both weight (kilograms) and volume (cubic feet). If you are not able to provide or are unsure of what exactly needs to go, send us a photo of everything and we would be able to provide a quote based on that.
Where does the waste go after it has been collected?
Once the rubbish is in our vehicle we will dispose of it at the tipping facilities that we are currently working with. They are also a part of the Environment Agency, thus you can be sure that it is going to the appropriate place. Depending on the type of waste that you have , of course some may be forwarded to a specific recycling depot eg. paper, timber, green waste etc.
What are your working hours?
Generally the collection hours are from 9:00 – 17:00 Monday through to Friday and 9:00-14:00 Saturday through Sunday. Of course we would be able to do a collection after working hours or prior, however, please contact us to further enquire about an out-of-hours collection.
Do you provide a free quote or estimate?

What is your cancellation policy?
You can rearrange or even cancel a collection up to 24 hours prior its start time. Do be aware that same day cancellations carry over a £50.00 inclusive of VAT, cancellation fee.
Would you do a collection from the inside?
Yes we absolutely do. We can go up and down the stairs and even dismantle furniture if necessary. Do be aware that the teams have protective gear and may not always be able to take their shoes off.
When can you come and do a collection for me?
Usually we do have the capacity to perform same day disposals but just in case give us a call and we can set you up as soon as we possibly can!
